For some of us, the thought of wallpaper in the bathroom may draw up images of terrible 80s interiors — giant, chintzy florals, shiny, overwrought gold fixtures, maybe even a little carpeting in the mix. But I want the record to show that I have never been against wallpaper in the bathroom. The hallway bathroom of our home, growing up, was covered in a gold toile print (a legacy, I think, from the former homeowners), and I spent many a happy evening in the tub dreaming about what all those French country people were doing. If you want your bathroom to be similarly fascinating, maybe the time has come to give wallpaper a try.
