I'm a New Yorker originally but lived in Israel for most of my life, and in NYC for years when I attended Parsons School of Design in the early '80s; my husband and I moved to Vermont from Tel Aviv in 2005. Jewelry designing is my second career; I worked as fashion editor and creative director for 20 years before we came here. I really wanted to get into interior design but ended up designing jewelry while building my interior design business, which was very slow and not as lucrative as I hoped. Jewelry designing quickly became my full-time job!
