A Real Life Exercise Diary: What Happened When I Started Going on Walks Every Morning

Here's the thing: I used to be a very productive person in the morning. I used to be a wake up early, make myself breakfast, get out the door and make it into the office before everyone else kind of person, but lately I've fallen into a very slow and tired routine. In the past, I could even make it to the gym in the morning before I started my work day—I didn't do this often because it is so time consuming, but I used to make it work on the occasional work-from-home day and it always made me feel so much better.
