While Marcial and Andrea's beautiful home is a minimal and modern space today, that's not how they found it. When they bought this home, it was in a dilapidated condition. Thankfully, Marcial's brother runs a design firm, Boor Studio, and together he and the couple tackled the renovation. Stunning, colorful, patterned original mosaic tile floors known as Nolla tiles (because they were made by the Nolla factory near Valencia, Spain) make a beautiful statement in many of the rooms. In fact, all of the modern design choices the couple made let the flat's architecture take center stage.
