Daniel's parents own the building, so he and his sister (who lives in the unit above the couple) got first dibs. There are many advantages to this set-up, one being that Leo and Daniel had complete freedom when renovating and customizing the space. The end result of the huge project was a beautiful, modern blank canvas that the couple can fill with their growing furniture collection, as well as art from their closest friends.
