Tomoko and Michael met in Austin (in fact, you might remember the Austin house tour we did of his old apartment), but moved into their Clinton Hill apartment about two and a half years ago. The couple, respectively from Japan and Texas, describe their home's style as simple and cozy. But though it certainly has minimal vibes, there's an appreciation of craftsmanship and an attention to detail that permeates throughout. Not surprising, considering both of their creative careers.
