- What I Love About My Small Home:
- This is truly my first home, where it's just me. Creating the illusion of having many rooms in one helps me to feel like I have a much larger space. The apartment came with tiny alcove areas so I was able to carve out a dining room and my bedroom area. It was a challenge with the kitchen being part of the main living space. I went with a neutral palette that complemented the cabinets, and layered pattern and texture wherever I could. I can feel myself relax when I come home at the end of the day.
