Why should I choose a loft apartment?
Loft apartments are spacious and bright. Although it's similar to a studio apartment, there's a lot more room. With so much space, it's easy to come up with a functional layout that's best for you.
And because lofts are usually in old buildings, they have exposed pipes and beams and a unique character that pairs well with almost any style, making it easy to decorate.
With those high ceilings and tall windows comes high utilities — you've got a lot more space to heat and cool and windows don't insulate well. There also isn't a lot of built-in storage, so you'll need to find new ways of hanging up your clothes and hiding things you don't want visible.
