A mouthwatering combination of peanut butter, chocolate and bourbon, this boozy recipe is the grown-up version of the ice cream sundae—cheers, dears!

- 2 Scoops Peanut Butter Ice Cream
- 1 oz. Bourbon
- 1 oz. Dissorono
- Chocolate Syrup
- Chocolate Chips
- Put the two scoops of ice cream into a mason jar and run the glass under hot water to give the ice cream a head start on melting
- Add the Bourbon
- Add the Dissorono
- Add a hearty drizzle of chocolate sauce
- Shake like you would shake a cocktail shaker—the more the ice cream is melted, the better it will be
- Top off with a few chocolate chips
- Add a straw and enjoy!
